AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS (:T 15,000.00) , OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE
MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO THE ACCOUNT OF CONSTRUCTION.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, that the sum of
Fifteen Thousand ( 15,O,OO.00) , Dollars, be
and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the General Fund of the Municipal Electric
Lighting and Power Plant of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, to the Account of Construction.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and the
Eipproval of the Mayor.
Passed by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
