Will County, Illin©is, have considered for some time the annexation of certain territory herea.n described, and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village to annex by ordinance the territory described herein, and WHEREASr no tract of land except that which is subdivided into lots or blocky or is bounded on at least three sides by lands sub- ..,,ipyr~: ~r diva.ded into lots or blocks, is in excess of ten (l0) acres in area except certain tracts of land dedicated for highway purposes, and WHEREAS, none of the described territory is within the corporate limits of any other municipality,, and WHEREAS., all of said described territory is contiguous to the Village of Plainfield, G7i11 County, Illinois, and WHEREAS, the question of such annexation has been referred to the President and Hoard of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, for action, and it is for the best interest of the Village that said annexation be~granted and said territory, be annexed.
