Committee members present were Carol Appleton, Steven Bergquist, Jim Trabulsie ( Chairman ), Tom Turcketta, George Carey (Alternate ) , and Sara Provos ( Senior Department Assistant) . Patricia Busch was absent . i H- 11-20475 John and Carol Ericsson , 380 Tubman Road , Map 55 Lot 139 Roof ■ David Tubman represented the homeowners . ■ Mr . Turcketta was not available to participate in hearing this application . ■ Carol moved to accept as presented . Steven Bergquist seconded . ■ All voted in favor. H- 11-20476 Helga and Jeffrey Dyer, 41 Cahoon Road, Map 93 Lot 57 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ This application was continued to the January 11, 2021 meeting per the request of the homeowner. i Wllw20477 Jack and Nancy Drake, 200 Brier Lane, Map 48 Lot 45 Roof Mounted Solar Panels ■ Angela Chakov, Project Specialist of Vision Solar represented Mr. and Mrs . Drake . ■ Chairman Trabulsie stated that the 9 panels noted as " MP4" are clearly visible from Brier Lane . i ■ Mr . Carey noted that the house roof line is low to the ground . ■ Ms . Chakov stated that she would bring this back to Vision Solar and look into moving " MP4" to " MP5 " or another location on the roof. ■ Steven Bergquist moved to continue to the January 11, 2021 meeting . George Carey seconded . ■ All voted in favor. I H42-20493 Robert and Judith Boucher, 164 Main Street, Map 6 Lot 20 Vinyl Siding ■ Homeowner Judith Boucher explained her application . 1 I j I Brewster Historic District Committee / Minutes of December 3, 2020 Meeting ■ The Committee discussed this application and members determined vinyl siding does not meet the historical characteristics for this area . ■ Tom Turcketta was not available to vote on this application . ■ Carol Appleton moved to deny this application as presented due to the fact that the vinyl siding does not meet historical characteristics for this area . Steven Bergquist seconded . ■ All voted in favor . H- 12-20494 Janet Ross, 31 Robbins Hill Road , Map 49 Lot 49 Addition ■ Bernadette McLeod of Ryder & Wilcox represented the homeowners . ■ Ms . McLeod reviewed the plans with the committee . ■ The existing windows have snap - in grilles and the new dormer windows will also have snap- in grilles . ■ Chairman Trabulsie reviewed the specification sheet . ■ Mr. Ross noted that the dormer windows will not be replaced at this time . ■ George Carey moved to accept as proposed . Carol Appleton seconded . ■ All voted in favor. H42-20499 Newcomb Knolls, LLC, 178 Stony Brook Road, Map 15 Lot 6 Addition and Porch ■ Chairman Trabulsie read into record the specification sheet of the project . ■ Homeowner Charles Spiegel represented himself. ■ Mr. Spiegel stated that the existing chimney will be removed and replaced with a new stone veneered chimney . ■ Chairman Trabulsie and Mr . Turcketta commented that they appreciate the homeowner is working toward saving this structure . ■ Tom Turcketta moved to accept as proposed . George Carey seconded . ■ All voted in favor.
