A,N ORDINANCE SETTING Si~NDAY HOURS FDR
CLASS "8" AND'CLASS "'C" LIQUOR LICENSES
SE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Plainfield in meeting lawfully assembled, as
follows:
l« That establishments open pursuant to retail, liquor
licenses of Class "B" and Class "C" classifications, may be
open on Sundays between the hours of 12 Noon and 12 Midnight.
2. All Ordinances or parts thereof a.n confla.ct herewith
are hereby repealed insofar as they conflict,
3. The validity of any part or any secta,on hereof shall
not effect the validity of the remainder hereof,
4, This Ordinance shall be in .full force and effect
from and after 3.ts passage and approval as required by law«
