Hi Noelle and Victor,
I attach a revised site plan and the copy of the approved plan. Mr. Hanney is proposing a reduction in the deck width
from the 10 ft. on the site plan to 8 ft. width with a slight squaring off on the northwest. A red-marked plan shows the
reduction of deck in red. The effect is an approx.. 50 s.f. reduction in deck area.
Bill wanted me to send this out to make sure you’re both OK with the change. Not expansion but reduction.
Please let me know if the change would require formal process.
Thank you,
Bob

Noelle,
On behalf of the Villages of OE I & OE II and the Corcoran Jennison Management Co, we hereby request
a minor modification to the existing Order of Conditions SE 9 – 1864 to allow for the installation of a
post and rail fence to define and enclose the maintenance area located roughly 100 yards north of the
subject pond. Said fence will be located at the edges of the existing maintenance area as currently
constituted and inspected by the agent and will serve to ensure that the area remains confined to the
existing footprint.
Thank you for your attention and co-operation.

Noelle,
On behalf of the Village of OE II and the Corcoran Jennison Management Co, we hereby request a minor
modification to the existing Order of Conditions SE 9 – 1861 to allow for annual pruning of vegetation at
the perimeter of the auxiliary parking area immediately adjacent to the retaining wall that is the subject
of the OOC. This modest pruning will be done only to maintain the existing footprint of the parking area
as currently defined and as previously inspected by the Conservation Administrator.
Thank you for your attention and co-operation.

Dear Noelle,
I am writing to ask for an amendment to the Gaquin pruning permit at 42 Warrens Avenue, Brewster,
MA.
As was observed and discussed during our site visit on January 8, 2021, we would like to remove eight
Black Locust located at the right and left sides of the house. The Black Locust trees in question each have
significant structural defects. The trees in questions will require removal to mitigate the risk of failure
and damage to the structure. Included with this correspondence are photos of the defects in the trees.
Crawford Land Management will also be submitting a restoration plan and will be managing any
associated mitigation for this tree removal and pruning project.
Sincerely,
Ralph Alfieri
