Chair Joe Rego called the meeting to order at 11 : 05 AM , conducted a roll call vote of attendance ,
declared a quorum present , and read the meeting participation and recording statements .

Spoke with two Contractors , Brian Daly and Jeff Swanson regarding renovations
D ) Cottage Rental Report for 2021 : 909 booked for $ 57 , 000 revenue
5 ) Joe Rego : Inquired about 1st priority for 2021 ( 3rd Cottage ) tabled for discussion
6 ) Brain Locke gave a report of 3 priorities for 2021 ; 1 ) Fixing chimney le Work oix front n securing rh 3 )
Back gutter replacement and repair : All total approx . $ 18 , 000 Brian Nill

7 ) Joe Rego called for a motion to vote for the 3rd cottage to be numberonepriority for the 2021
season . Seconded by Joni Kosmach . Vote was taken and passed 5 -yes 0 N
8 ) Brian wilt secure estimates for 3rd Cottage renovation . Funds may be from Bonds or CPC . They
are not from Operational Funds . These funds are not available until Fall / Winter of 2021

9 ) "Friends of Crosby" Report : Joni Kosmach : We need additional volunteers and a way to find
new recruits . Possibly : Americorp , Tax Deferred Work, new media avenues
10 ) Projects and Funding : Peter Lombardi and Brian Locke will work with Kathy Lambert to get
The Crosby Mansion a dedicated spot on the town website . Also , will check into a new Facebook
page .
11 ) Cate O'Neill inquired about updating the website with new pictures and information . Also ,
expanding the Mansion coverage on other websites , i . e . Wedding Wire . Brian will work on that
with Kathy Lambert
12 ) Crosby does not have a Grant Writer. We will possibly advertise for one on the town website
13 ) Brian reported that the Crosby gift fund has $ 1 , 700 . He will work on securing all estimates for
the next meeting .
