Our review is limited to drainage issues. We have not attempted to duplicate work of the Planning Commission or City staff regarding setbacks, density or other tutting or subdivision regulation issues. The plan does not show the seal of a professional licensed in the State of Georgia to perform drainage design. Future submittals should bu by a GA licensed professional. We need additional information to satisfy the following comments: 1) Provide drainage calculations to show the swales have the capacity to carry post development flows. 2) Provide additional information on the specific swale design. This can he done by additional grades or a cross section detail. 3) Clarify that the driveway materials will conform to current City Ordinances The design appears acceptable. However, the above issues must be resolved for this project to be considered compliant with City Ordinanecs. Any recommendations do net relieve the project of the requirement to obtain any other required permits, approvals, etc... by any other governmentul body or authority havingjurisdic0on over any portion of this project.
