A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE APPROPRIATION OF NOT -TO- EXCEED $10,000 FROM THE CONTINGENCY
FUND (FUND 1051) FOR THE EMERGENCY REPLACEMENT OF AN EXISTING
POOL PUMP AND TIMER AT THE NATATORIUM
WHEREAS, the existing pump and timer at the Natatorium failed; and
WHEREAS, this emergency replacement is needed for the pool to operate
safely.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the following appropriation of not -to-
exceed $10,000 for the replacement of a pump and timer at the Natatorium:
Transfer from unappropriated Contingency
Set -Aside Fund 1051:
$10,000
Transfer to Public Works Building
Maintenance Division Account 1011.45.415.*
$10,000
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19 day of March, 2013.
