PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Richmond Power and Light (RP&L) will hold a public meeting on June 28th, 2021 at 6:00
p.m., 2000 U.S. 27 South, Richmond, IN, in the auditorium. The purpose of the meeting is to
discuss the results of the corrective measures assessment in relation to RP&L’s Coal
Combustion Residual (CCR) impoundment.
The public meeting is being held to comply with CCR Federal Regulations found in 40 CFR
Section 257.96 of the rule. Item (e) states:
The owner or operator must discuss the results of the corrective measures assessment at least
30 days prior to the selection of remedy, in a public meeting with interested and affected
parties.
Interested and affected parties are welcome to attend. Questions in advance of the meeting
