A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM URBAN RESIDENTIAL (UR)
DISTRICT TO LIMITED COMMERCIAL (LC) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 315 NW 5th Street
in Richmond, Indiana, and legally described as follows, to wit:
EXC 15.33 FT E SIDE LOT 159 HAYNES
as an Urban Residential (UR) District, as described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designation to a Limited Commercial (LC) District
to allow the property to be used as a business.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
the zoning designation of the above -described property is changed to a Limited Commercial (LC)
District.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of July 2012, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
