The meeting commenced at 5:30pm in the Richmond Municipal Building, Hutton Room
Introduction –
An informal introduction of each commission member and staff who reside on the Historic Preservation Commission
Staff Reports –
Ian Vanness presented a power point of the Richmond Rising, City Code, Chapter 158 that gives the Historic Preservation Commission its authority and responsibilities.
New Business –
Election of Officers –
Commissioner Purcell made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Conti to nominate Lynn Johnstone as President of Historic Preservation Commission. The motion carried with a unanimous voice
vote.
Commissioner Johnstone made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Conti to nominate Ardene Schoeffler as Vice President of the Historic Preservation Commission. The motion carried with
a unanimous voice vote.
