A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR LEASE AND DEVELOPMENT
FEES WITH BULLETIN DISPLAYS, LLC.
WHEREAS, on or about February 24, 2005 the City of Lynwood and Bulletin
Displays, LLC. entered into an Agreement for Lease And Development Fees
( "Agreement ") for the purposes set forth in the Agreement; and _

WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood and Bulletin Displays, have. - amended ..the
Agreement several times, including on or about October 11, 2006, by way,of the First
Amendment to Agreement for Lease and Development Fees, ;d or / about,�October 21,
2008 by way of the Second Amendment to Agreement for Lease :and: Development
Fees, on or about October 5, 2010 by way of the Third Amendment to - Ag're'eme for
Lease and Development Fee ( "Third Amendment "), and on or aboutt_March 20; 201'2 by
way of the Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Lease and Development" ee ( "Fourth
Amendment ") for purposes set forth in such amendments (collectively; the "Prior
Amendments "); and
WHEREAS, the City requested that Bulletin Displays provide some alternative
designs for the proposed Landmark Message Center, as defined in Subsection 201.1, i
per the Third Amendment, to be located adjacent to Long Beach Boulevard to provide a
more contemporary look and a better fit within the surroundings; and
WHEREAS, the City and Bulletin Displays wish to amend the Agreement,
including the Prior Amendments to extend the time required for Bulletin Displays to
commence construction of the Landmark Message Center, so as to allow Bulletin
Displays to redesign the sign in a manner requested by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE LYNWOOD CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the attached Fifth Amendment to
Agreement for Lease and Development Fees to effectuate an extension to the timeline
for Bulletin Displays, LLC. Commence development of the Landmark Message Center
sign.
Section 2. This Resolution is to be given effect upon its adoption by the City
Council of the City of Lynwood and execution of the same by the appropriate parties.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
