RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF EMERGENCY REPAIRS
WHEREAS, a problem with the Roosevelt Avenue Pump Station, pump number
two arose which required immediate repairs; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Maintenance, Inc. performed the necessaly services; and
WHEREAS, the repairs were unanticipated and unexpected; and
W H EREAS, competitive bidding was not required in that the amount of the repair
did not exceed the bid threshold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that payment to Municipal Maintenance, Inc. in the amount of
$7,750.00 is hereby authorized.
Adopted this 1st day of April, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 2, 1999.
