A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY . OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF_ TO RELEASE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR
CONSULTING ENGINEERING AND ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, the , City currently uses various consulting firms to conduct
engineering and architectural design services on an as- needed basis; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to update the previous list of consulting firms with a
group of competitive and qualified firms; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to maintain a competitive bidding process through
the release of Request for Qualifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood approves and
authorizes the release of a Request for Qualifications for engineering, architectural and
other consulting services.
Section 2. This Resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5 day of -March, 2013.
