RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WllEREAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public fi'om a meeting in cerlain circumstances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOLVEI) by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough ofCarteret, Couuty of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public shall be exclud.ed fi'om attending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature of the subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters and litigation.
3 It is anticipated at Ihis lime that Ihe above stated subject matter will be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the rotters.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
