A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM LOW-DESNITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL(RI)
DISTRICT AND MEDIUM-DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R2)
DISTRICT TO INSTITUTIONAL(IS)DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates a certain property, commonly known as 0
Round Barn Road (State Parcel ID: 89-10-28-200-229.019-005), legally
described as follows, to wit:
0 Round Barn Road: PT NE SEC 28-16-14 49.662A
as Low-Density Single-Family (R1) District and Medium-Density Single-
Family(R2)District, as described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designations to an Institutional (IS)
District in order to construct a solar park.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above-described property is
changed to Institutional (IS)District.

Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
