ORDINANCE NO. 33-2021
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR
A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM LIMIITED COMMERCIAL (LC) DISTRICT TO ED-MED-
TECH PARK(EP)DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates a certain property, commonly known as 1100 West
National Road(State Parcel ID: 89-18-06-210-403.000-030), legally described as
follows,to wit:
1100 West National Road: PT SW D NE SEC 6-13-1 0.972A
as a Limited Commercial(LC) District, as described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the zoning designations to an Ed-Med-Tech Park(EP)District
in order to construct a new medical facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana,that the zoning designation for the above-described property is changed to Ed-Med-Tech Park
(EP) District.
