WHERL,AS, a public hearing 'was duly advertised and held on the
ameudrnent to said ordiuanae No. ~.p3 oP said Village of Plainfield as
herei.naPter set forth, and
WHE~3EAS, the Beard of Appeals oP the Village of Plainfield has
heretofore f3.led a report of its acts and doings in the premises and
its recot~men.datiotn that the petitioM for the rezs~ning of the real
estate hereinafter described from. Residence A District to Residence
A-1 District under said grdinanee No. i~03 entitled "An ardi8anee
Requiring Permits for Buildings, Structures and 'uses, Div~.ding the
Village intm Districts, Specifying Minimum Let S3.~es, Set Bads and
Side Wards, Regulating the Bulk mf ~a.ildings, Providing for APP®als
and Imposing Penalties", be granted, and
~THEREAS, the real estate h®reinaf ter d®s cribed is ad ~saent to the
high school in the Village of Plaitaf~.eld; that the east side of said lc~t
abutts the drive ray ~antrance into said high school property on which
there is mue?a. vehicular travel during the day and during the ®arly
evening hours between 6:OO and 1:00 ~'.M.; that the south side of said
1®t chutes the play yard of said high school and there are apartt~exrt
buildings located in the vioi~aity caf said real estate,.. and
WHERE~iS, We believe that the highest and lpest use of said .real
estate is for the uses permitted in Residence A-1 District under
said ordinance ~.a3, and
WAEREAS, no objections have been filed to the rezoning and re-
class~iPyiug 4f said real estat®, and

of the Village of Plainfield that the petition for the rezoning of the
real estate hereinafter described should be granted and that said real
®state should b® rezoned and reclassified from Residence A District to
Residenc® A-1 Aistrice under said honing Ordinance.
