I. Howard H. Bayles, the duly elected, qualified and
acting Village Clerk of said Village of Plainfield, Will
County, Illinois, do hereby certify that the above and fore-
going is a true and correct copy of Ordinance No.
entitled, "An Ordinance Providing For Municipal Retailers'
Occupation Tax", which was duly passed by the President
and Board of Trustees of said Village and approved by the
President of the Board of Trustees of said Village on the 3rd
day of October, A.D. 1955, and that the original of said
ordinance is now on file in my office.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as
Village Clerk and attached the seal of said Village this
3rd day of October, A.D. 1955•
