WEST OF THE EAST LINE OF LOT 8 IN SAID BLOCK 4
PROJECTED NORTH TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID ALLEY

be and the same are .hereby vacated and closed to relieve the said Vibe
of the expense,.upkeep and liabilitytti the public for the public use•
.thereof and to serve the public interest they, as the same is no longer
necessary for the general public use and travel sand no longer required by
the general public as such. ,
Section 2: All ordinances, or parts of ardinances conflicting with
any past of phis ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
Bastian 3: Ehis ordinance shall. be in force from and after 'its
passage, signing and approval as required by law.
