Sea~tion ~: The said Playground, and Reor®ation Bos~rd shall have power to maintain, equip and operate playgrounds ~-nd raoreetion centers and the buildings thereon, and may far such purpose, employ :play leaders, playground directaers, eupervis®rs, rocreation auperintead- ants or suoh other officers or employees as they deem proper.
