RESOLUTION EXTENDING TOWING LIST
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") is in the process of
developing an updated Towing Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said process has taken longer than anticipated to develop; and
WHEREAS, in order to continue to insure that the towing needs of the Borough are
satisfied it is necessary to extend the current list of towing operators.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the list of towing operators
currently being used shall remain in effect until June 30, 1999 or such earlier date as
a revised Towing Ordinance may be developed.
Adopted this 15th day of April, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 16, 1999.
