zTHIS ADDS UM, (N tuber 7 to Contract No. 4-2021) is made and entered into this
day of j / , 2021, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting throw its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 5ch Street,
Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Dylan Shirkey (hereinafter
referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 4-2021 on January 14, 2021, which
Agreement retains Contractor to furnish certain training and project implementation
and coordination services for the City of Richmond Information Technology
Department of the City; and
WHEREAS, The Parties entered into prior addendums for increased hours and compensation; and
WHEREAS, The Parties have agreed to increase the total amount to be paid to Contractor in order
that additional hours can be provided by Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 4-2021, on January
14, 2021, which Agreement is incorporated herein by reference. The parties entered
into Addendum No. 1 to said Agreement on February 4, 2021, Addendum No. 2 to
said Agreement on March 18,2021,Addendum No. 3 to said Agreement on April 22,
2021,Addendum No. 4 to said Agreement on May 27,2021,Addendum No. 5 to said
Agreement on June 17, 2021, and Addendum No. 6 to said Agreement on July 8,
2021. The Parties agree to increase the original contractual payment amount by an
additional Ten Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,000.00) and said increase shall
be due to additional hours for the City to retain Contractor for the services described
in said Agreement, all of which shall be completed in a manner consistent with
Contract No. 4-2021, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part
hereof. The new total amount to be paid to Contractor under the Agreement shall be
an amount not to exceed Thirty-three Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and Zero
Cents ($33,200.00) for satisfactory completion of the Agreement as reflected in the
first paragraph of Section B. of said Agreement.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and covenants
contained in Contract No. 4-2021, shall be applicable to this Addendum, unless such
term, condition or covenant conflicts with this Addendum Number 7, in which case
this Addendum Number 7 shall be controlling.

3. Both Parties hereby agree that with the exception of the additional hours and with the
exception of the corresponding compensation increase, Contract No. 4-2021 shall
remain intact and unchanged and in full force and effect.
4. Both Parties agree that any person executing this Addendum in a representative
capacity hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her
principal to execute this Addendum.
