OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE, IT ORDAINED BY the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
section 160-91, titled "Sidewalks" is amended by deleting the words "4,000 pounds by
square inch" contained in line seven (7), and replacing it with "4500 pounds by square
inch".
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall be advertised as prescribed
by law and a copy forwarded to the Carteret Planning Board and the Middlesex County
Planning Board.
