RESOLUTION APPROVING EMERGENCY REPAIRS -
ROOSEVELT AVENUE PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, a problem with the Roosevelt Avenue Pump Station, Pump Number
Two (2) arose which required immediate repairs; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer of the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") has
determined that the emergent repairs were unanticipated and posed an imminent threat
to the health, safety and welfare of the Borough; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Maintenance, lnc. performed the necessary repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that payment in the amount of $13.774.00 to Municipal
Maintenance. Inc. is hereby authorized
Adopted this 15th day of April, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 16, 1999.
