RESOLUTION NO. 2016-069
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE TIFFIN INDUSTRIAL PARK
LOT 16, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, IN JOHNSON COUNTY
Whereas, The DEVELOPER has filed with the City Clerk a Site Plan dated October 26,
2016 for the Tiffin Industrial Park Lot 16 in the City of Tiffin, Iowa; and,
Whereas, the DEVELOPER presented the Site Plan to the Tiffin Planning & Zoning
Commission during their November 2, 2016 meeting; and
Whereas, the Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended approval during said
meeting contingent upon the City Engineer's and Building Official's comments and
approval,
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that said site plan for
Tiffin Industrial Park Lot 16 is hereby approved.
On the 15th day of November 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-069, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE TIFFIN INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 16, TIFFIN,
IOWA, IN JOHNSON COUNTY, and made a motion for approval. The motion was
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Upton
Nays:
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2016-068, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE
PLAN FOR THE TIFFIN INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 16, TIFFIN, IOWA, IN JOHNSON
COUNTY to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 15th day of November, 2016.
