RESOLUTION NO. 2016-071
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CLOSURE OF SOUTH PARK ROAD ON SUNDAY,
NOVEMBER 20, 2016, FOR CORRIDOR ARTS AND CRAFTS EVENT AT BELLA
SALA
Whereas, it has been requested of the City of Tiffin to close South Park Road for the
Corridor Arts and Crafts event at Bella Sala, and;
Whereas, the event is scheduled for Sunday, November 20, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. —
4:00 p.m. and;
Whereas, the City Council recognizes the safety of the patrons walking from the City
Parking lots to Bella Sala;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to allow
South Park Road to be closed on Sunday, November 20, 2016, from 8:00 a.m. — 5:00
p.m. for the Corridor Arts and Crafts event at Bella Sala.
On the 15th day of November, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,
Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016-071, A RESOLUTION
FOR THE CLOSURE OF SOUTH PARK ROAD ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2016,
FOR CORRIDOR ARTS AND CRAFTS EVENT AT BELLA SALA and made a motion
for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler
Nays: None.
Absent: Ryan.
Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2016-071, A RESOLUTION FOR THE CLOSURE
OF SOUTH PARK ROAD ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2016, FOR CORRIDOR
ARTS AND CRAFTS EVENT AT BELLA SALA to be adopted and signified his
approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 15th day of November, 2016.
