RIVERDALE'S PLEDGE TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS AS A LOCAL EFFORT
TOWARD THE IDED HOUSING FUND GRANT
WHEREAS, the City Council Of Riverdale, Iowa wishes to apply through the Iowa
Department of Economic Development for Housing Fund funds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Riverdale, Iowa has conducted a Public Hearing to
solicit citizen input about major concerns of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Riverdale, Iowa wishes to pledge the sum of $4,050.00
as "Local Effort" toward the total project identified in the application;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Riverdale, Iowa accepts the authority and responsibility of their offices, and pledges the
amount of $J4,050.00 if, in fact, a Housing Fund award is made.
ADOPTED, this 15 day of NOVEMBER, 2011.
