RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF APPLICATION FOR
SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN CERTIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") has developed a soil erosion
and sediment control plan (the "Plan") in connection with Phase Il of the Linden
Street Sewer Separatiom and
WHEREAS, said plan must be certified by Freehold Soil Conservation ("Freehold
Soil").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the application to have the plan certified by Freehold Soil.
Adopted this 15th day of April, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 16, 1999.
