RE: ORDINANCE NO. 59-2007
Ordinance No. 59-2007 established a fee for each copy of an accident report and was deposited
in the local law enforcement continuing education fund.
Accident reports are no longer provided by the Police Department, but can be purchased online at
www.buycrash.com. This makes Ordinance No. 59-2007 obsolete and should be stricken from
the Richmond City Code. .
