On a motion by Hippen, seconded by Van Deest, �90.00 was allowed
to John W. Ross for damages to establish a correction of grade on the
Ross residential property. Carried.
A motion was made by Hippen, seconded by Van Deest, to accept the
proposal submitted by Herman DeVries, town employee, to work from
October 1, 1972, through December 31, 1972, for the town at a monthly
rate of �140.00. Carried.
On a motion by Van Deest, seconded by Heinrich, the meeting was
adjourned. Carried.

Mayor pro tem - Clerk
The Wellsburg Town Council met in regular session on October 2,
1972, with Mayor Eckhoff presiding and all councilmen present.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved on a motion by Hippen,
seconded by Van Deest. Carried.
