PROCEEDINGS OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND. INDIANA. AUGUST 28, 1989
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana met in special session August 28, 1989 at the hour of
2 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers in said City. President Hutton presided with the following
3 Councilmembers present: Lundy, Brookbank, Hankinson, McBride, Parker, Morris, and Paust. Absent:
4 Elstro. The following business was had to-wit:

10 AMENDED ORDINANCE MO. 57-1989
11 12 Councilmember Morris moved to suspend the rules and read Amended Ordinance No.57-1989 on third and
13 final reading by title only, seconded by Councilmember McBride and on unanimous voice vote the motion
14 was carried.

16 The Clerk read on third and final reading by title only, Amended Ordinance No. 57-1989-AN ORDINANCE
17 FOR APPROPRIATIONS AND TAX RATES(1990 BUDGET).

19 The Proof of Publication was f iund to be in order. Councilmember Morris moved to accept the file the Proof
20 of Publication, seconded by Councilmember Brookbank and on unanimous voice vote the motion was
21 carried.

23 There being no comments,Amended Ordinance No.57-1989 was adopted on the following call of the roll:

25 Ayes: Lundy, Brookbank, Hankinson, McBride, Parker, Morris, Paust and Hutton (8)
26 Nays: None.
27 Absent: Elstro
