RE: Joe and I reviewed the site and noted the following deficiencies.
1) The southwest corner has a breach in the berm that will allow release of stormwater on the lot to the rear.
2) The swale flowing to 2nd Avenue along the north side. Is blocked by the landscaping bed in the front northeast
portion of the lot.
Once these items are corrected, Joe Wilson and I can schedule a reinspection.

As per the owner's request, we have inspected the project referenced above for
compliance with the approved drainage plan.
After a brief inspection of the project, it is our opinion that the project seems to be in
substantial compliance with the approved drainage plan.
The gutters and downspouts were not installed at the request of the owner. Upon
inspection of the roof and as per a brief conversation with the owner, it is our belief that
absence of the gutters and downspouts should not cause a problem to the adjacent
property owners. If in the fixture, roof run -off causes problems with the adjacent property
owners, gutters and downspouts will be installed at that time.
