AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 66 OF THE
TOWN CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO ZONING AT ARTICLE VIII
SUPPLEMENTARY DISTRICT REGULATIONS, DIVISION 5 PARKING, SECTION
66 -416 PARKING OF RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT OR COMMERCIAL
VEHICLES -ON PROPERTY, SUBSECTION (A)(7); PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT;
PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; there is currently no provision to allow for the parking of recreational
equipment for the purpose of loading or unloading the contents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Town Code of Ordinances is hereby amended at Chapter 66,
relating to Zoning at Article VIII, Division 5, Section 66- 416(a)(7) as follows: (words
underlined are additions; words semen are deletions).
Sec. 66- 416(a)(7) Parking of recreational equipment or commercial
vehicles -On property.
None of the vehicles or equipment described in this section may be
parked in the area between the street plot line and the structure; however
one of the vehicles described herein may be parked in the front yard
driveway for a period not exceeding four hours in any one 24 -hour period.
Recreational equipment may be parked in this area for not more than four
da shy 14 -day period for the purpose of loading or unloading the
contents.
Section 2. Severability.
If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof is held invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or applications and to this end the
provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared severable.
Section 3. Repeal of Ordinances in Conflict.
All other ordinances of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, or parts thereof which
Conflict with this or any part of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 4. Codification.
This Ordinance shall be codified and made a part of the official Code of
Ordinances of the Town of Gulf Stream.
Section 5. Effective Date.
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage on second reading
and adoption.
