The Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana,met in a meeting of the Committee of the
Whole in the Council Chambers in the City Municipal Building, 50 North 5th Street, Richmond,
Indiana.
Present were Councilors Doug Goss, Kelley Cruse Nicholson; Bill Engle; Jeff Cappa; Jeffrey
Locke; Gary Turner; Jane Bumbalough; and Larry Parker. Absent was Ron Oler.
Vice President Turner presided.
The purpose of this meeting was to hear the proposed 2022 Departmental budgets.
