Immediately following 6:00 PM City Council Meeting

Mayor Eric Struemph asked Councilman Shawn Schulte to convene the meeting for the
purpose of electing officers.
Members of the Committee present:
Present:Bray, Carroll, Pope, Schulte, and Weber
Absent:None
Councilman Shawn Schulte convened the meeting at 7:55 P.M., and opened the floor for
nominations of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Chairman - Councilman Bryan Pope nominated Councilman Shawn Schulte as
Chairman, seconded by Councilman Ralph Bray. There being no further nominations
brought forward, the election of Councilman Shawn Schulte was approved unanimously
by voice vote.
Vice-Chairman - Councilman Bob W eber nominated Councilman Ralph Bray as
Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Bryan Pope. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilman Ralph Bray was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was
made by Councilman Bryan Pope for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Bob
W eber, and approved unanimously at 8:00 P.M.
