PROCEEDINGS 01ASprCIAL MEETING OF THE
COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND. INDIANA
DECEMBER 15, 1986
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special session December 15, 1986
2 at the hour of 6:55 P.M. in the Council Chambers in said City. Vice Chairman of the Richmond
3 Power & Light Board of Directors Williams opened the meeting. The following Councilmembers
4 were in attendance: Brookbank, Hankinson, Whitesell, Parker, Hutton and Morris. The purpose
5 of the meeting was to administer the Oath of Office to newly elected Councilmember at Large,
6 Chester Theobald, replacing Richard Bodiker.
8 Mayor Frank H. Waltermann admnistered the Oath of Office to Chester Theobald as a
10 Councilmember at Large of the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
12 Congratulations of the Council and the Mayor were extended to Councilmember Theobald.
13 ADJOURNMENT

15 There being no further business, on a motion duly made, seconded and passed the meeting was
16 adjourned.
