APPROVING ADDITIONAL MEMBERS/PROPERTIES
FOR THE SPECIAL ]IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has previously established a Special Improvement District
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 03 -47: and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to amend and update the properties constituting said District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Carteret as follows
I. That the listing of real properties maintained in the office of the Director
the SID Business Partnership, the same hereby adopted by reference, sl
constitute the SID District.
2. That the foresaid listing of properties shall continue to constitute the SID
District until further amendment or modification hereof.
Adopted this 21" day of May, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 22, 2015.
