Immediately following 6:00 PM City Council Meeting

Mayor Eric Struemph asked Councilman Rich Koon to convene the meeting for the
purpose of electing officers.
Members of the Committee present:
Present:Bray, Carroll, Koon, Pope, and Weber
Absent:None
Councilman Rich Koon convened the meeting and opened the floor for nominations of
Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Chairman - Councilman Bryan Pope nominated Councilman Rich Koon as Chairman,
seconded by Councilwoman Carrie Carroll. There being no further nominations brought
forward, the election of Councilman Rich Koon was approved unanimously by voice vote.
Vice-Chairman - Councilwoman Carrie Carroll nominated Councilman Bryan Pope as
Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Rich Koon. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilman Bryan Pope was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was
made by Councilman Bryan Pope for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Rich Koon,
and approved unanimously at 8:25 P.M.
