AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR ABOVE GROUND FUEL STORAGE AND
DISPENSING SYSTEM - PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE
WHEREAS, there is a need for an Above Ground Fuel Storage and Dispensing
System at the Public Works Garage in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorize bids for
said system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the
Borough of Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise bids for an Above Ground Fuel
Storage and Dispensing System for the Public Works Garage.
Adopted this 15th day of April, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on April 16, 1999.
