MAINTAINING YOUR BRAIN
Anne Fitzpatrick -Neu from LivHome
will be here to discuss the health of
our brain and the critical roles it plays in all we do:
thinking, feeling, remembering, even sleeping. As we
get older, our brains often work a little slower and be-
come tired easier. Today we will discuss healthy eating
habits, social activities, as well as brain exercises such
as memory recall and attention recognition that can
help you maintain your brain.
