SPECIAL MEETING
PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, AUGUST 22, 1983
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in special
2 session August 22, 1983 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
3 in -the Municipal Building in said City. President Mills presided with the
4 following members present: Messrs. Elstro, Williams , Ms. Henry,
'5 Hankinson, Welch, Parker, Carter and Paust. Absent: None. The following
6 - business was had, to-wit:

8 President Mills announced the purpose of this meeting is to pass or deny
9 the budget.

13 Councilman Welch moved to suspend the rules and read Amended Ordinance
14 No. 35-1983 .on third and final reading by title only, seconded by
15 Councilman Williams and on unanimous voice Vote the motion was carried.

18 ' 1983 - AN ORDINANCE FOR -APPROPRIAT.IONS AND TAX RATES.
