AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB ONVYER'S
LICENSE TO RIAZ JANJUA
FOR SAFEWAY TAXI AND LIMO INC.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
(Fleet) Owner's License to Riaz Janjua for the 2015 -2016 License Term, trading
as
SAFEWAY TAXI AND LIMO INC.
WHEREAS, the qualification of the applicant has been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and the said department recommends that a Taxicab
(Fleet) O\Vlter's License for the 2015 -2016 License Tenn be granted to the
applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue Riaz Janjua a Taxicab (Fleet) Owner's
License for the 2015 -2016 License Term.
Adopted this 4th day of June, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
original on June 5, 2015.
