PROCEEDINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APRIL 20, 1981
1 The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular
2 session April 20, 1981 at the hour of 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
3 in the Municipal Building in said City. President Mills presided with
4 the following members present: Messrs. Elstro, Williams, Ahaus, Hank-
5 inson, Welch, Parker, Carter and Paust. Absent : None. The following
6 business was had, to-wit:

10 Councilman Ahaus gave devotions.

12 EXCUSES FOR PREVIOUS ABSENCE

14 Councilman Paust reported he was out of town on business for the previous
15 meeting. President Mills noted Councilmen Paust, Hankinson and Elstro
16 did not miss any meetings last year.

18 APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE APRIL 6, 1981 MEETING

20 Councilman Williams moved to approve the minutes of the previous meeting
21 as prepared, seconded by Councilman Hankinson and on unanimous voice
22 vote the motion was carried.

24 REPORT TO BOARD OF WORKS

26 Councilman Williams requested City Engineer George Webb get the boundary
III 27 lines of River Court drawn up to get the fences moved back.
