WAIVING LATE FEES ASSOCLkTED WITH
THE 2015 SECOND QUARTER TAX/SEWER BILLS
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Borough Council understand that there has been an
unexpected delay with the posting of payments for the Second Quarter Tax/ Sewer BJls
due to United States Postal Service mail delivery and the relocation of the Borough
Finance Office and they feel there is no fault on the part of residents and business owners
who paid their bills in a timely fashion; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has proposed and the Council is in agreement to waive the late
fees for the 2015 second quarter tax/sewer payments.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that all late fees-associated with the 2015 Second Quarter Tax/Sewer BIDS are
hereby waived.
