Immediately following 6:00 PM City Council Meeting

Mayor Eric Struemph asked Councilwoman Carrie Carroll to convene the meeting for the
purpose of electing officers.
Members of the Committee present:
Present:Carroll, Henry, Mihalevich, Prather, and Scrivner
Absent:None
Councilwoman Carrie Carroll convened the meeting at 7:45 P.M., and opened the floor
for nominations of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Chairman - Councilman Bob Scrivner nominated Councilwoman Carrie Carroll as
Chairman, seconded by Councilman Rick Mihalevich. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilwoman Carrie Carroll was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
Vice-Chairman - Councilwoman Carrie Carroll nominated Councilman Bob Scrivner as
Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Rick Prather. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilman Bob Scrivner was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was
made by Councilman Bob Scrivner for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Rick
Mihalevich, and approved unanimously at 7:50 P.M.
