The following business 6 � ` was had, to-wit: 7.• . . i President Austerman gave devotions. : 9 . 10 Councilman Merchanthouse reported he was absent from the .previous 11 meeting as he was out of town on business. 12 ' _ 13 'Councilman Williams moved to approve the minutes o f the previous Meeting 14 as prepared, seconded by Cotutci loran Mi I Is and on unaniutou5 voice vote 15 the Motion Was carried. 16 17 .President Austerman read the following tribute to the late Senator 18 l tuber t.
