10 Councilman Merchanthouse reported he was absent from the .previous
11 meeting as he was out of town on business.

_ 13 'Councilman Williams moved to approve the minutes o f the previous Meeting

17 .President Austerman read the following tribute to the late Senator

35 - Councilman Ahaus moved For adoption of Resolution No. 3- 1978 seconded
36 by Councilman Iaust. and on un:iniuuul5 voice vote the motion was carried. .

38 Mayor Clifford Dickman discussed the conditions of the City Streets and
39 stated this is an area for Council to look at and he prepared to get

more equipment and supplies for next year.

President Austerman announced the floor is open for nomination for a
43 l Council 'representative for the Plan Commission.

,Councilman Mills nominated Councilman Welch to represent Council onthe
