AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH LAW DIRECTOR
TO EXECUTE A SPECIAL LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND
MCNLANIMON, SCOTLAND & BAUMANN, LLC
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Borough Law Director is hereby authorized to execute a Special Legal Services
Agreement between the Borough of Carteret and McMauhnon, Scotland and Baumann,
LLC, with regard to the Special Improvement District in a form acceptable to him.
Adopted this 26" day of February, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 27, 2015.
