RICHMOND SALISBURY ROAD PHASE II IMPROVEMENTS

THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered into this
day of ) ZoisT , 2012, by and between the City of Richmond Board
of Public Works and Safety, acting by and through its proper officials ("LOCAL
PUBLIC AGENCY" or "LPN'), and GAI Consultants, Inc. ("the CONSULTANT"), a
corporation organized under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania., WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on May 13, 2010, the Local Public Agency entered into an
agreement with the Consultant for services required including right-of-way engineering
and right-of-way acquisition for the Richmond Salisbury Road Phase II Project, Des. No.
0800343; and
WHEREAS, during the appraisal process it was determined that a Short Form
analysis was required for parcel 1 instead of a Value Finding analysis; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the
parties hereto mutually covenant and agree as follows:
• Replace SECTION IV COMPENSATION with the following:
SECTION IV COMPENSATION. The LPA shall pay the
CONSULTANT for the Services performed under this Contract as set forth
in Appendix "D" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of
this Contract. The maximum amount payable under this Contract shall not
exceed $91,500.
This results in a net increase of $875 from $90,625 to $91,500.

APPENDIX "D„
• Replace the first paragraph of APPENDIX "D" with the following:
LPA shall pay ENGINEER a lump sum fee not to exceed $91,500 based upon the
fee schedule on page 25 for right of way engineering and acquisition including
services of ENGINEER's Consultants.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Supplemental
Agreement.
