Jefferson City Council Committee on Administration
Monday, April 18, 2011
Immediately following 6:00 PM City Council Meeting

Mayor Eric Struemph asked Councilwoman Carrie Carroll to convene the meeting for the
purpose of electing officers.
Members of the Committee present:
Present:Bray, Carroll, Harvey, Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent:None
Councilwoman Carrie Carroll convened the meeting and opened the floor for
nominations of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
Chairman - Councilman Bob Scrivner nominated Councilwoman Carrie Carroll as
Chairman, seconded by Councilman Mike Harvey. There being no further nominations
brought forward, the election of Councilwoman Carrie Carroll was approved unanimously
by voice vote.
Vice-Chairman - Councilman Bob Scrivner nominated Councilman Mike Harvey as
Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Shawn Schulte. There being no further
nominations brought forward, the election of Councilman Mike Harvey was approved
unanimously by voice vote.
Meeting Dates - Councilwoman Carrie Carroll stated that since the Brown Bag meetings
have been changed to Thursday mornings at 7:30 a.m., the Administration Committee
would need to change its regularly scheduled meetings. She suggested the first
W ednesday of each month at 8:00 A.M. There were no objections to the proposed
meeting time.
There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was
made by Councilman Bob Scrivner f or a djournment, seconded by Councilman Dave
Griffith, and approved unanimously at 8:21 P.M.
